how to get ready for pickups
lease ensure that you place your
laundry in a laundry bag or a 13.5 gallon trash bag (or any bag you
have). If you don’t have a bag, you could use your basket.
Please provide hangers if you would like for us to hang any special garments.
If you don’t have enough hangers, we provide them at $0.55 each.
If you have a specific detergent you’d like us to use, make sure to
provide it with your laundry. We have a special detergent that’s
designed to be lightly scented and great for sensitive skin.
There is a 48hr+ turnaround for orders over 40lbs+.
There is a 12lbs minimum for laundry orders. You will be charged the minimum If your order is lower than 12lbs.
If there is any rescheduling it needs to be done at least 24hrs in advance to avoid a $5.99 fee.
A digital invoice will be sent to your email (or phone) after we weigh your laundry.
